Breath work is the missing link

...for women and mothers who want to create a peaceful home because of how your breath affects your nervous system and influences how your body responds to stress and relaxation. Your breath can activate your relaxation response, and controlled breathing will stimulate your parasympathetic nervous system, which helps calm your body and mind and lower levels of stress hormones like cortisol, helping to alleviate anxiety and tension.

I have used this type of breath work to understand relationship dynamics and why I, for example, feel responsible for everyone's emotions, and then have been able to release and transmute these deep patterns.
