WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

 

This Waiver and Release of Liability (the "Waiver") is executed upon purchase of any an all online courses through Breath of Hani, by the purchaser (the "Participant") in favor of Breath of Hani, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates (collectively, "Breath of Hani").**

 

  1. Acknowledgment of Risks: 

The Participant acknowledges that participation in breathwork sessions, coaching, and online courses offered by Breath of Hani involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical, emotional, and psychological. The Participant understands that these activities may not be suitable for everyone and that they should consult with a healthcare professional before participating.

 

  1. Assumption of Responsibility:

The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in Breath of Hani's programs, including any risks that may arise from the negligence of Breath of Hani or its representatives. The Participant agrees to take full responsibility for their own health and well-being during and after participation in the programs.

 

  1. Release of Liability:  

In consideration of being allowed to participate in Breath of Hani's programs, the Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges Breath of Hani from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action that may arise from participation in the programs, including but not limited to any injury, loss, or damage to person or property.

 

  1. No Guarantees: 

The Participant understands that Breath of Hani does not guarantee any specific results from participation in its programs. The Participant acknowledges that personal growth and development are subjective and may vary from person to person.

 

  1. Indemnification: 

The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Breath of Hani from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Participant's participation in the programs.

 

  1. Acceptance of Terms:

By purchasing, the Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood this Waiver, and they agree to be bound by its terms.
